Each individual may hold only one active Account on gsd108. Creating or attempting to create duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. gsd108 will close all duplicate accounts upon detection and may confiscate any balances held therein.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any authentication codes with any third party. gsd108 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to protect your login information. You agree to notify gsd108 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
gsd108 is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawal requests. The KYC process requires submission of: (a) a government-issued photo identity document (Indonesian National Identity Card / KTP); (b) proof of current residential address dated within the past three months; and (c) a live selfie photograph holding the submitted identity document. Accounts that do not complete KYC verification will have withdrawal functionality restricted until verification is successfully completed.

Deposits are generally credited to your Account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. gsd108 does not accept cash deposits, third-party deposits, or deposits originating from credit facilities. gsd108 reserves the right to reject deposits that cannot be verified as originating from the registered account holder.
Withdrawals are processed exclusively to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as the verified gsd108 Account holder. Withdrawals to unverified or third-party accounts will not be processed under any circumstances. Withdrawal requests submitted between 08:00 and 22:00 WIB on business days are typically processed within 15 to 60 minutes. Requests submitted outside these hours are processed the following morning no later than 09:00 WIB.

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional rewards offered by gsd108 are subject to specific wagering requirements and expiry dates which are communicated at the time of the promotion. Players must read and accept the specific terms of each offer before claiming it. Claimed bonuses that are not subject to wagering requirements are rare exceptions and will be explicitly marked as such.
Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn as Real Money Funds. Standard wagering requirements range from 10× to 30× the bonus amount. Only qualifying bets placed on eligible games contribute toward the wagering requirement. Bets placed on restricted games, or bets placed with stakes that fall below the minimum qualifying stake, will not count toward the requirement.

gsd108 operates a six-tier VIP loyalty program (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, Black Diamond). Tier thresholds are based on monthly real-money turnover. All bets are subject to acceptance by gsd108. A bet is only confirmed upon receipt of a system-generated confirmation message. gsd108 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including bets that exceed maximum stake limits, bets placed on markets subject to suspicious price movements, or bets from accounts under compliance review.
Odds displayed on the gsd108 platform are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Palpably incorrect odds — including but not limited to pricing errors where the offered price is materially different from the true market price — may be voided by gsd108 after confirmation. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the Player's Account.
Football betting markets at gsd108 include Asian handicap (voor bola), Over/Under, 1X2, mix parlay (accumulator), Both Teams To Score, and correct score, among others. All markets are settled based on the official result at the end of regular time (90 minutes plus referee-added injury time) unless otherwise stated. Extra time and penalty shootouts are excluded from standard market settlement unless the market is specifically designated as a full-match-including-extra-time market.
In-play bets are accepted at gsd108's discretion and subject to real-time market availability. gsd108 reserves the right to suspend live markets at any time. Any bets placed during a market suspension period will be void and the stake returned. Network connectivity delays are the responsibility of the player; gsd108 is not liable for bets that were not received or confirmed due to network interruptions on the player's end.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gsd108's total liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising out of or related to the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Player during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. gsd108 shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, special, punitive, or exemplary damages of any nature.
Players access and use gsd108 at their own risk. It is the Player's responsibility to ensure that their use of the platform complies with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction. gsd108 makes no representation that the services are appropriate or available for use in any particular jurisdiction.
gsd108 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account, with or without prior notice, if: (a) the Player has breached these Terms; (b) the Player is found to have provided false information; (c) gsd108 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity; or (d) gsd108 is required to do so for regulatory compliance purposes.
Where gsd108 suspects a breach of these Terms, it may temporarily suspend the Account pending investigation. During this period, deposits, withdrawals, and betting activity will be restricted. gsd108 will endeavor to complete its investigation within 14 working days.
Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting gsd108 customer support. Upon closure, any Real Money Funds remaining in the Account (net of any bonus balances subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Self-exclusion requests are processed with immediate effect and override any pending promotional offers or bonus balances.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which gsd108 is incorporated and licensed. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
Where the Player is located in Indonesia, gsd108 acknowledges the applicability of Indonesian consumer protection principles and undertakes to handle all disputes in a fair and transparent manner. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights that may be available to Players under mandatory applicable law.

Where changes are material, gsd108 will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email or an in-platform notification prior to the effective date of the change. Continued use of the gsd108 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
